Update from the Instrument Park Working Group

The inventory of laboratory equipment that will be accessible in the MATEX park is almost complete.
We are currently working on the structure of the website through which partners will submit their requests.
The instrumental park has once again received support from the Orléans metropolis this year, which has decided to fund an upgrade to the SAXS tool amounting to €100,000.

Update from the Working Group on the Future CARNOT Institute

A working group was established in March 2022 for the implementation of a Carnot Institute based on MATEX, with the following initial objectives:

· Define the roadmap and the means to implement it.

· Exchange experiences in the "Carnot" domain.

· Prioritize and schedule various actions to be implemented.

By the end of this year, the geographical and thematic scope of the future Carnot Institute will be outlined.
