The word heard: Nexialism

Nexialism refers to a method of articulating knowledge in a composite way to find original solutions to problems and explore new paths, such as the creation of new technologies by integrating various pre-existing elements.

In the initial stage, nexialism advocates the use of multiple perspectives to illuminate the object of study. This leads to a second stage, an overall and integrative approach (see synergy). More broadly, it can be seen as a networking of distinct scientific knowledge to generate an atypical, innovative idea (similar to the concept of multidisciplinarity).
